Hardley, and James B. Shock, white men, arrested in the house of Willianna Tyree, a free negro, in Butchertown, Saturday night, appearing to be soldiers, were sent to Major Griswold, the Provost Marshal, to be returned to their regiments. Wm. McMullen was charged with begging and getting drunk on the proceeds of his solicitations.
