He is a thick set boy, 5 feet 5 inches tall woolly head, good teeth always grinning when in a good humor stoops a little, black, is very fond of military and is sure to have some uniform on if it is to be had. He was last seen soon after the evacuation of Norfolk, when he was brought to Richmond by Mr. John Todd.
He may have been present into the Government service to work on the entrenchments around Richmond.
The above reward will be given if delivered to Mr. James Moore Main street, Richmond, or if found in the country, if lodged in the nearest jail, notice of the fact being given to Mr. Moore.
