On motion of Mr. Robertson, the Senate went into secret session for the purpose of considering the bill to raise and organize Virginia's quota of the Confederate Army. After remaining in session for some time with closed doors, the Senate adjourned. House of Delegates. The House met at 12 M. Prayer by Rev. Dr. Moore.
