Arrest of a supposed spy. --A man named Price, formerly of Rockingham, N. C., was arrested yesterday by Lieut. W. H. Coffin, of Capt. Pate's Cavalry corps, Wise Legion, and brought to this city, where he was handed over to the custody of Gov. Letcher.
