After singing, and prayer by Rev. T. W. Sydnor, there was an election of officers, which resulted as follows: Rev. D. Witt, of Prince Edward, President; Rev. R. Ryland, of Richmond, 1st Vice President; Rev. C. Tyree, of Powhatan, 2d do.; Rev. T. W. Sydnor, of Nottoway, 3d do; George W. Trice, Esq., of Charlottesville, Clerk; Rev. R. Ryland, Treasurer.
