The natal day of General Robert Edward Lee Appropriately observed throughout the South, Jan. 19, 1901. The exercises at New Orleans, La., under the auspices of the local Chapter of the Daughters of the Confederacy, peculiarly impressive. The Poem of Mrs. Mary Ashley Townsend a Stirring Requiem.
