Later from the North. The Philadelphia Inquirer, of the 22d, contains some later Northern news: From Nashville — the rebels in force around the city. Nashville, July 21. --Our pickets were captured on the Lebanon road this evening, five miles from here, by the guerrillas. One of them escaped. Three bridges were burned to-day within eight miles of here, on the Chattanooga road. The enemy is in force, under Forrest, only five miles from the city.
