et and reached Fortress Monroe on Monday afternoon and a man supposed to be a spy in the custody of W. H. Wiegel, assistant. Provest Marshal at Fortress Monroe.--The supposed spy was taken to Washington for identification. A regiment of Massachusetts troops, with baggage wagons, ambulances, and camp equipments, were sent on Monday to Hampton, and will encamp near New Market Bridge.
