The following are the resolutions offered in the South Carolina House of Delegates, the consideration of which was commenced onbe in session, to announce to the government of that State that South Carolina, in view of the impending danger, will immediately put herself
The feeling here is gradually widening and extending into a hostility to Northern men of the parties. The Military Convention of the State meets Milledgeville Tuesday. The Brown's message is much approved. Largish reading to the legislature it was in respect by applause. allegations of Georgians are visiting South Carolina, and South Carolina delegations are being this State. and conservative Georgians have mounted the cockade.
