Runaways from Nansemond county. --The Suffolk correspondent of the Petersburg Express says: "I mentioned yesterday that four men escaped from Mr. D. H. Hatton on Sunday night, and with them I have since learned that two of Mr. H. L. Tynes's men went off. About fifty-five negroes have left this section recently, throwing themselves in the arms of the cutthroats at Old Point. The excitement is becoming intense, and extreme measures will be resorted to if some security for the people is not afforded, and that speedily."
