New company organized. --We understand that a second company of Young Guards has been organized in this city, and gone into camp for instruction. We hear also that Mr. Abraham Warwick has (or will) furnish the entire uniform and equipment of the men. The first company of Young Guards have worthily sustained their reputation on the field of battle, and the "juniors" will do likewise if an opportunity is afforded them.
