Affairs in Princess Anne and Norfolk counties. Advices from Princess Anne and Norfolk counties to the 6th inst, say the negroes are running off every day. In the former county at least 2,000 had run off. Mr. Wm. Worden lost several, who carried off their master's carriage, and Mr. J. W. Warden lost seven, who took his mules with them Mrs. L. Old lost forty negroes. Some of the runaways hearing that the Yankees were shipping them from Virginia, have returned to their masters.
