C. Kevan, of the Petersburg Grave, was accidentally shot in the face, while drilling, at Portsmouth, on Monday. The wound is not dangerous. A dispatch to the Cincinnati Enquirer says that "a street battery is being erected at Yorktown, Va., and another three miles above Richmond."
