A dispatch from New Orleans states that Major Sibley, with a force of 450 Federal troops, has been captured by Captain Van Doran, with 800 Texans, while attempting to escape in two sailing vessels. The officers are on their parole. The following intelligence also comes by way of New Orleans: The Pensacola correspondent of the Mobile advertiser, under date of the 26th inst. says that several barbette guns have been removed from Fort Pickens for some purpose unknown, and nine batteries have been erected outside the fort.
