Heary Robbery. --Officers Bibb and Chalkley arrested and caged yesterday, Jacob, slave of Merritt Todd, for stealing $300 from Capt. Price. It appeared that the gentleman named retired to rest at Mrs. Baber's boarding-house, on Saturday night, leaving the door of his room open and the sum of money mentioned in his pocket. Jacob came in at night and got his boots, and brought them back yesterday morning, at which time Capt. Price discovered the absence of his funds.
