ounterfeit coin in Richmond, says: Some three weeks ago, a young man of genteel appearance arrived in this place, and registered at the Hewitt House as Albert L. Riddell, Louisville, Ky. He came amongst us for the purpose of collecting a sum of money due the legatees in the estate of Benjamin Estes, dec'd. While sojourning iny had some of the "same stuff" D. S Chilton passed $20 to Wm. Graves &Co.; $20 to Evans & Co; $20 to J. M. Ragland, and $20 to Frank Bragason, which was afterwards redeemed by Riddell. J M. Ragland also received $10 from Riddell.
