giments arrived here to-day, making, with those that reached here during the past week, an aggregate of over thirteen thousand men. The above named regiments have gone into camp. At 7 o'clock this morning the 3d Connecticut regiments broke camp and marched into Virginia, taking with them thirty heavily loaded wagons. The 14th Brooklyn regiment are under arms for the same destination. The New York 12th will be paid off to-morrow, the funds having arrived for that purpose. The Highland regiment were temporarily stationed last night at the Arsenal. Such is the caution with which military affairs are now conducted that nothing is positively known concerning them, except in the public movements of the troops. the Stationery Contracts. Washington, June 23.--The contracts for the supply of stationery for the House of Representatives has been awarded. The principal successful bidders are Messrs. Price & Co., Philadelphia; Dallin, New York, and Philips & Solomon,
