Martinsburg, Va. We find the following in a Martinsburg letter: The report that James Gaff, a printer, was recently hung at Harper's Ferry, by the Confederates, is untrue. I regret to say that considerable sickness prevails from incidental causes among the Federal troops — mostly occasioned by change of water and injudicious exposure to the sun — nothing, however, of an epidemic character, Col.
