Johnson, now a Colonel in the Confederate army. It has been unoccupied, except by his servants, since his advent into the Confederate army, and offered a most appropriate and convenient place for its present use. The servants left in charge by Johnson are still continued in the same capacity by Gen. Banks, and the remaining furniture will be well protected, either for the late owner or the purchaser under the confiscation act. Fires in Montgomery. --We take following from the Montgomery (Ala.)
