Johnson's flying Artillery. --A meeting of Captain Marmaduke Johnson's flying artillery company was held yesterday, at his office in the Whig building, when it was organized by the election of the following officers: Captain, Marmaduke Johnson; 1st Lieutenant, John W. Bransford; 2nd Lieutenant, Thomas J. Hall; 3rd Lieutenant, V. J. Clutter. A good many of the men composing this fine company came from Chesterfield, and nearly all have been selected with a view to bodily strength and endurance. It is proposed to increase the number of enlisted men to 150.
