House of Representatives. Tuesday, March 25th, 1862. The House met at the usual hour, and was opened with prayer by Rev. Dr. Duncan.--Journal of yesterday read. The States were called alphabetically for memorials, resolutions, &c. Mr. Chilton, of Ala., introduced a resolution to authorize the printing of 300 copies of the Report of the Postmaster General, with accompanying exhibits, for the use of this House and the Post-Office Department.--Agreed to.
