Drunkard is reported and believed to be in sympathy with, and aiding and abetting the rebellion," and is therefore a "non-resident," within the meaning of a certain act of the Wheeling Legislature; and all these gentlemen are very solemnly called upon to appear at Fairmont, and "protect their interests."
