$40 reward will be given for the delivery of my servant Anna to my agent Caleb W. Watkine, In Danville. She is of a dark brown color, in her fourteenth year, with woolly hair. The girl has been hired for a long time to Mary Winfred, a free mulatto woman, on the northwestern suburbs of Richmond, who has unbounded influence over her. When I sent for her, on the 19th of this month, to go to Danville with her mother and other negroes, Mary Winfred failed to deliver her. This, and other good reasons, satisfy me that this free woman has concealed her in the city, or sent her to the country. She may be looked to for this concealed negro girl. my 28--4t Wm. M. McCARTY.
