--From the Manchester Hotel, on the 10th inst., a mulatto boy, Pompey, the property of McKelly, of Manchester.
Pompey is about 14 years old, tolerably well grown, delicate features, and straight black hair.
I will give five dollars for his apprehension and delivery to me. Also, on the 11th inst., a mulatto boy, Wil head of hair, that comes low on the forehead.
I will give ten dollars for his arrest and delivery to me or in any jail in Richmond, if caught in the city or in Manchester.

Freak of the fresh.
--During the recent fresh in James river, owing to the rapidity of the current, one of the sunken steamboats was turned completely around, whereupon the wheels of the boat commenced revolving as usual on her upward and downward trips on James river, to the amusement of the stalwart gunners, who stood by ready to dispute the enemy's passage upward with ball and powder.
The revolutions of the wheels ceased when the downward current lost its power.
