Arrests in Rappahannock. --About a week ago a brigade of Federal infantry passed through Rappahannock county from Warrenton, on route for the Valley. In the little village of Sperryville, we learn, they arrested and carried along with them Mr. Frank Mellon, proprietor of the village hotel; Mr. Alexander S. Manafee, and old citizen and merchant, and Private Silas Adking, of the Rappahannock troop, who was at home recovering from a wound received in the battle of Front Royal.
