Determination of the New Yankee Governor of North Carolina. --The Wilmington (N. C.) Journal, alluding to a late flag of truce interview with Stanly, the imported Governor of North Carolina, says: One account represented Mr. Stanly as saying that the defeat of McClellan was the worst thing that had ever happened to the South.
