Mayor's Court. --There were few cases of any importance before this tribunal yesterday. Mary Shiver was arraigned before his Honor, on the charge of unlawfully, but not feloniously, stealing a horse, cart, harness, and pitch fork, the property of Elisha Jackson — case dismissed.--William T. Crawford, for unlawfully assaulting and beating Lucy Curry — case continued until Wednesday next. Charles Mitchell, for stealing a coat of John M. Arnosi — committed for Hustings Court.--Honors Enright and Nora Enright, mother and daughter, for keeping a disorderly house, selling ardent spirits, and annoying their neighbors — dismissed with a reprimand — D'Orsey Ogded, for keeping the theatre called the "Varieties," without a proper license.
