Movements on the Southern Coast. Charleston, March 17. --This morning seventeen transports, mostly schooners, disappeared from Hilton Head. It is supposed that they are conveying negro troops to Florida. The New York Tribune has been received. via Nassau, which says that an insurrection in Florida has been prepared, and awaiting troops to protect the movement. Hunter's forces occupy Hilton Island; Foster's in force, St. Helelus Island. There are fourteen war vessels and seventy five transports at Front Royal.
