the Governor of Virginia. --A Proclamation.--Information having been received by the Executive that Josiah and Toby Oliver, who were confined in the jail of Charlotte county under a charge of felony, escaped therefrom on the morning of the 3efore, I do hereby offer a reward of two hundred dollars to any person or persons who shall arrest the said Josiah and Toby Oliver, and deliver them into the jail of Charlotte county, or one hundred dollars for such arrest and delivery of either of d military, and request the people generally, to use their best exertions to procure the arrest of the said Josiah and Toby Oliver, that they may be brought to justice. Given under my hand as Governor, and under the Lesser Seal of the Commonweais 24 or 25 years old, about 5 feet 6 or 8 inches high, weighs 135 or 140 pounds, and has dark hair and whiskers. Toby Oliver is 23 or 24 years of age, 5 feet 3 or 4 inches high, weighs about 125 or 130 pounds, and has dark hair, without beard.
