The Trial of Forde. --The examination of witnesses for the Commonwealth in the Forde murder case was gotten through with in Judge Lyons'a Court yesterday. This morning the testimony for the defence will begin, after which the counsel for the prosecution and prisoner will commence their argument prior to submitting the case to the jury.
