Confederate States Congress. The Senate was not in session on Saturday. House of Representatives.--The House met at 12 o'clock. Prayer by the Rev. Dr. Duncan. The Standing Committees, appointed by the Speaker, were announced. A special committee was appointed to investigate the charges against the Hon. Williamson R. W. Cobb. Several other special committees of minor importance were also appointed. Mr. Clopton, of Ala, presented a memorial from Mr. J. H. Winn, which was referred to the Committee on Claims.
