Confederate States Congress. Senate.--The Senate met at 12 o'clock M. yesterday. Prayer by the Rev. Dr. Duncan, of the Methodist Church. Mr. Walker, of Ala, offered a resolution requesting the President to inform the Senate what steps had been taken towards the construction of a railroad from Blue Mountain, Ala., to Rome, Ga.
