The latest Rage among the "Swells" of Baltimore. --The Baltimore Clipper, of the 20th instant, says: The latest attraction among young men who desire to "look killing," is the new style of wearing hair. The mode is confined to those possessed of curly, bushy drizzling locks, which by the end of is made to hang over the forehead approximating the eyebrows and covering the temples. The tresses are greased and perfumed until they become to the will of the owner who, feeling assured he is prepared to make an impression, and lies forth in the glory of the latest style. A few event as since, while seated in a place of amusement, we counted thirty three young men who has curled their hair over their foreheads resembling, in that particular the fashion engrafted by nature upon young bulls.
