A.hopeful, cheerful, Th.4.10, 62, X.An.2.1.18, etc.; “ἐν τοῖς δεινοῖς” Th.1.70; “περὶ τῆς ψυχῆς” Pl. Hp.Mi.364a; “πρὸς τὸν θάνατον” Id.Ap.41c, cf. Luc.Demon.6,D.C.57.19; “τοῦ κρατήσειν” D.S.30.16.
