Works
the author of a short Greek medical work, in seven books, entitled
Σύνοψις τῆς Ἰατρικῆς,
Conspectus Medicinae, dedicated to a person named
Georgius, at whose request it was written.
It consists of a very brief account of about two hundred diseases, taken in a great measure from Galen.
It is uncertain at what time Leo lived, but it may have been about the eighth or ninth century after Christ.
