A.of such an age, so old or so young, answering to relat. ἡλίκος and interrog. πηλίκος τηλικόσδε, τηλικοῦτος being used in Att.); used with relatives, “πατρὸς . . τηλίκου ὥς περ ἐγώνIl.24.487; so perh. “παῖς τ., ὃν . . Od.18.175: c. inf., οὐ γὰρ ἐπὶ σταθμοῖσι μένειν ἔτι τηλίκος εἰμί not so young as to stay at home, 17.20, cf. 1.297, 10.88; “οὔ τοι τ. εἰμὶ μαθεῖνThgn.578: Sup. -ώτατος,= πρεσβύτατος, Hsch.
