1.intr. to have intercourse, παρ᾽ ἀλλήλους Thuc.:—so Pass. in same sense, c. dat. pers., Od., Hdt., etc.; αἰεὶ Τρώεσσ᾽ ἐπιμίσγομαι I have always to be dealing with the Trojans, am always clashing with them, Il.: absol. to associate together, Hdt., Thuc.
