1. One of a club of wits at Athens (γελωτοποιοί), called " the Sixty," of which the orator Callimedon also was a member. The date therefore may be placed about B. C. 325. (Athen. 14.614e.) He is perhaps the same whom Demosthenes mentions as a skilful orator. (c. Lept. p. 501.)
