--Charges were made yesterday before the Mayor against James McGee and James McDonald for keeping their bar-rooms open after 10 o'clock P. M., but both were continued until to-day. Nicholas & Francisco were fined $10 for selling ardent spirits without a license, and allowing negroes to frequent their house.
