From Gordonsville.

There has been no active movement along the lines around Gordonsville since out last report. --We understand from passengers who arrived by the General road last evening that there was some skirmishing on Sunday, and that a decisive conflict was hourly looked for and eagerly awaited by our troops who are becoming impatient to engage the foe.

When the train passed Gordonsville yesterday, it was reported that Pope had declined battle tendered him on the Rapidan, and had fallen back in the direction of Culpeper Court House. Those who have favorable facilities for obtaining correct information, entertain the opinion that the Yankee General will soon have to accept battle, or subject himself to a most harassing retreat.
