--Martha A. Cruser, arrested on suspicion of being disloyal, was brought before the Judge on a writ of habeas corpus last Saturday, and after a full hearing of the cause, there being no evidence to sustain the charge, she was set at liberty.

Two other write for persons claiming to be illegally held in military custody were awarded by the Judge, returnable on Friday next.
