Re-enlisting for the War in General Lee's army.

It will be seen from the following telegram received at the War Department yesterday that the North Carolina troops have the high honor of being the first in General Lee's army, to re- enlist for the war.


Orange. C. H., Jan. 27, 1864.
To Gen. S. Cooper, A & L G.
General Gen. R. D. Johnston's North Carolina Brigade re-enlisted this morning for service.
