--At the New York stock board, November 18, Virginia 6's sold at 48; Missouri 6's at 44½ Tennessee bonds at 43; North Carolina bonds at 61.
Previsional Congress.
The Provisional Congress of the Confederate States adjourned to meet in Richmond on the third Monday in November, (the 18th) though a general impression seems to have been created by the newspapers that the 25th was designated as the day. It is by no means certain, however, that a quorum will be in attendance to-day, since many of the members are with the army of the Petomas, where exciting events have been and still are apprehended.
