erchant. A dispatch from Boston, dated the 10th instant, says: Charles Greene, late a merchant of Savannah, and his sister, Mrs. Lowa, have been arrested at Detroit and brought to this city. Greene is charged with having purchased war munitions in England for the rebels. He was sent to Fort Warren. Mrs. Lowe was sent to Washington. Her husband was arrested in Cincinnati. The Governor of Maryland. From the New York Times, of the 12th, we copy the following: Hon. A. W. Bradford, who has just been elected Governor of Maryland by the loyal citizens of that State, is in the city. This visit has reference to advancing the loyal interests of Maryland, and to secure a perfect unity of action between the State and the Government.
