, Smyth, Gravson, Washington, Scott, Lee, Wise, Bachanan, Mellowell, Hogewell, Bland, and Russell shall constitute the Thirteenth District. Kanawha, Legan, Boone, Wayne, Cabell, Putasm, Mason, Jackson, Roane, Clay, Scholng, Braxton, Wirt, and Wyoming shall constitute the Fourteenth District.
