Budwell. --Being prepared to pay you the money and costs decreed by the Circuit Court of the City of Williamsburg and County of James City, in the suit of " Rencher vs. Browne," and having ascertained after due search for you, that you are absent from your usual residence, and in the army, this is to notify you of my readiness to pay, and that I will pay you. or any authorized agent of your, if you will inform me where you, or such agent, can be found; other wise, I shall deposit the amount in the Court.
