obert Cochran, for getting drunk in the street, behaving disorderly, and threatening to shoot various persons, was committed in default of $200 security for his good behavior. Hustings Court--Judge Lyons, presiding--Saturday, Nov. 22.--William S. Conley was put on trial for inflicting sundry stabs on the person of Mary J. McMinn, wife of a grocery keeper on 2d street, three weeks since, during a drunken sprag.
