y consisted of a widow and five children, Col. Barr of the U. S. A., stationed at St. Paul, being one of them. His place of business in Arlington was at Schouler's mill. When Bethel Lodge, No. 12, Arlington, was reinstituted in 1866, he was one of its most energetic supporters.
