Disgraceful Row.
--A disturbance occurred yesterday afternoon on 17th street, cast of Mam, which caused a good deal of commotion in that interesting locality.
We did not learn how it originated, but the result was that Michael Costello received a terrible blow on the head with a bottle, and one or two others are said to have been more or less hurt.
One of the offenders, Jacob Dillman, was subsequently found concealed behind some timber near the old gas works, and arrested by officer Blankinship.

Violent Assault.
--Jacob Delman was arraigned before Recorder Caskie yesterday to answer a charge of assaulting Michael Costello.
It was represented that the latter was unable to attend in consequence of the severity of his injuries, and the case was continued until the 7th inst.
