Under the head of "Charge Dismissed," we had yesterday an account of the arraignment before the Mayor of Danl.
W. Lea and Robt. Brannon, who had been arrested on a bench warrant on an indictment found by the Grand Jury of the Hustings Court, for feloniously assaulting a Mrs. England.
The Mayor, as already intimated, dismissed the charge of felony, the offence of the parties being a simple assault.
